April is a native Floridian, originally from South Florida, and proud to claim Lake County as her home since 2002. 

Coming from the East Coast of South Florida, April has spent her lifetime living on waterfront property, and in waterfront communities. Upon moving to central Florida, it was a natural decision to pick Lake County as a place to homestead. This decision was easily made because of the abundance of lakes, waterways, unlimited boating, brilliant nature, and convenience of being centrally located to many of the top Florida attractions.
